Announcement on Passing the 1st Wording of the Detailed Planning of the Latvian National Library and the Acoustic Concert Hall Territory and the Adjacent Territory for Public Discussion
In accordance with Resolution No.3494 of 18.03.2008 (protocol No.94, item 5) of Riga City Council: On Passing the First Wording of the Detailed Planning of the Latvian National Library and the Acoustic Concert Hall Territory for Public Discussion and Receiving the Statement, public discussion of the 1st wording of the detailed planning of the Latvian National Library and the Acoustic Concert Hall territory and the adjacent territory has been started.
The term of public discussion is determined from 11 April to 14 May. Materials on the detailed planning can be viewed at the Information Centre of the State Cultural Monuments Protection Inspection at 20 Pils iela, Riga, on Mondays from 9.00 to 18.00, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9.00 to 17.00, on Fridays from 9.00 to 16.00. Informative displays are also exhibited at the Client Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department (4 Amatu iela, Riga), the Riga Zemgale Urban District Executive Directorate (46 E.Smiļģa iela, Riga) and the Riga Kurzeme Urban District Executive Directorate (26 Dzirciema iela, Riga). Information on the 1st wording of the detailed planning is available in Internet at www.rdpad.lv , in the chapter Public Discussions, and www.koncertzale.lv , in the chapter Project Development, Detailed Planning.
During the public discussion period, the Questionnaire Forms (available at the Client Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department and Internet at www.rdpad.lv) and written suggestions can be sent by mail or submitted to the Client Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department on the 1st Floor, 4 Amatu iela, Riga, phone 67012850, as well as to SIA Grupa 93, 10-11 Avotu iela, Riga, LV-1011, phone 67217043.
When submitting written suggestions, name, surname, permanent address (for physical persons) or the company title, registration number and legal address (for legal entities) are required to be indicated.
Questionnaire forms and written suggestions sent by mail to the aforesaid addresses shall be accepted until 14 May (the postmark).
The public discussion meeting shall take place on 6 May, at 17:00, at the State Cultural Monuments Protection Inspectorate at 20 Pils iela, Riga.
Developers of the detailed planning are SIA Arhitektu Birojs Ģelzis-Šmits-Arhetips (telephone 67271508), in cooperation with SIA Arhitekta Edgara Bērziņa Birojs, SIA Grupa 93 and SIA E.Daniševska Birojs.
The responsible person is the Head of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council City Development Department. Visitors to the Riga City Council City Development Department are accepted on Mondays and Thursdays from 14:00 to 18:00.
