Announcement for the Start of Detailed Planning Elaboration for the Territory Between Rūpniecības, Pētersalas and Katrīnas Streets
Elaboration of the Detailed Planning has started based on the Riga City Council 22.04.2008 Resolution No. 3622 (Prot. No.97, cl.4) “On Starting the Detailed Planning Elaboration of the Territory Between Rūpniecības, Pētersalas and Katrīnas Streets, Approval of the Detailed Planning Territory Boundary and the Work Task”.
Including the block between Rūpniecības, Pētersalas and Katrīnas Streets (land plots with cad. No. 0100 0110042, 0100 011 2041, a part of 0100 011 0039, 0100 011 0051, 0100 0110052, 0100 011 2019, 0100 011 0053, 0100 011 0124, 0100 011 0054, 0100011 0228, 0100 011 0208, 0100 011 0212, 0100 011 0209, 0100 011 0155).
In accordance with the Riga territory planning for 2006-2018, and planning of the Riga historical centre and its protection zone territory, the following is partially determined at the detailed planning territory: mixed construction, public construction, the plantation and the nature and water territory. The detailed planning is elaborated with the aim of specifying the territory usage and construction regulations at the detailed planning territory. Its main task is to specify the planned (allowed) usage requirements and usage restrictions determined by the Riga territory planning for 2006-2018 and planning of the Riga historical centre and its protection zone territory, as well as to anticipate the appropriate infrastructure thereof.
The responsible Head of the detailed planning elaboration is the Director of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council City Development Department. Office hours are Mondays and Thursdays from 14.00 to 18.00 at 4 Amatu Street, Floor 5, Riga. Information on commencement of the detailed planning is available on the internet at https://www.rdpad.lv under the heading chapter Public Discussions.
The term for submitting offers is three weeks – from 16 May to 6 June. Written offers during the aforesaid period can be sent by mail or submitted in person to the City Development Department at 4 Amatu Street, Floor 1, Riga, to the Client Service Centre or to the SIA Grupa93 office at 3-4 Kr.Barona Street, Riga LV-1050 (tel. 67217043). Only written applications and offers submitted before 6 June shall be considered.
