The website of Riga City Council City Development Department www.rdpad.lv offers a new kind of electronic service – DETAILED PLAN SEARCH. This search allows anyone to obtain information on detailed plans that have been approved in the City of Riga or are in the process of development, and also to find out which of the detailed plans are currently open to public discussion.
Detailed plans can be queried by name, address, cadastre number, developer or customer.
“By enabling the detailed plan search, the Riga City Council City Development Department continues its efforts in providing accurate, quickly accessible and valid information and enables each person concerned to express their opinion in time and participate in city development processes,” says Gvido Princis, the acting director of the Riga City Council City Development Department.
The detailed plan search is an informative tool and contains information on detailed plans starting from 2003 (see https://www.rdpad.lv/detalplanojumi_tabula/ ). More detailed information can be obtained in the office of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council City Development Department at Amatu iela 4.
